Elizabeth Anderson, Max Shaye Professor of Public Philosophy at the University of Michigan, is featured in Ideas Roadshow’s documentary film PANDEMIC PERSPECTIVES (2022).
This film provides a thoughtful window into a spectrum of key societal issues illuminated by the COVID-19 Pandemic through the prism of 32 international experts in biology, education, history, law, philosophy, politics, psychology, and more.
All participants were filmed remotely at the height of the pandemic using local film crews during the second half of 2021.
As part of the Pandemic Perspectives Project, we also recorded a detailed podcast conversation with Elizabeth Anderson discussing the need for making increased efforts to explicitly create occasions for people to frankly communicate with each other during a crisis.
This podcast, The Need for Genuine Communication, is available on Ideas Roadshow’s Podcast channel.
