NARRATIVE EXPLORATIONS: The common denominator linking all Ideas Roadshow films is using the power of film to produce engaging non-fiction storytelling illuminated through a detailed contextual setting and a wealth of exciting visuals. All films have been extensively researched and present a range of intriguing insights within a strong narrative arc so as to be fully accessible to a broad general audience.
By adding context our goal is to create a richer audience experience by presenting helpful background details, different intriguing perspectives and fresh and often surprising insights to pique interest and stimulate curiosity.

2023: A 4-part docuseries investigating the remarkable impact of chess across a wide range of times and places touching on cultural history, art, literature, artificial intelligence, psychology, game theory, chess variants, genius, gender issues, education, social empowerment, prison reform and much more in an attempt to comprehensively address the question of what makes the game so unique.

2022: A thoughtful window into a spectrum of key societal issues illuminated by the COVID-19 Pandemic through the prism of 32 international experts in biology, education, history, law, philosophy, politics, psychology, and more. All participants were filmed remotely using local film crews during the second half of 2021.

COMING SOON: We are currently in pre-production of several narrative explorations of both Renaissance art and the foundations of mathematics through our new NOTABLE LIVES biographies (Raphael, Botticelli, Archimedes, Gödel), together with a series of feature films focused on specific topics, such as THE ART OF PERSPECTIVE and THE STORY OF CALCULUS.
Both series will feature a continuous voice-over narrative distilled from a range of established expert perspectives with lots of exciting graphics and images throughout to best capitalize on the visual medium and offer a truly captivating audience experience.
